Shan Vincent is a people person and philanthropist at heart. Her clients always come first as evidenced by her many years as a successful businesswoman.  She has served on the Board of Directors for Childhelp for the last 18 years. Childhelp is a nonprofit organization the helps abused and neglected kids.

Shan started her career in real estate in 1994 in Utah with Wardley Better Homes & Gardens. While selling real estate in Utah, Shan received several awards for being the Top Listing and Selling agent in her company amongst 1500 agents within Wardley Better Homes & Gardens.  Shan moved to Newport Beach, California in 2001 after selling her real estate business to another agent in Utah. Shan started working at Prudential in 2002.  Since moving to California she was recognized as one of the top agents within Prudential on several occasions.  In 2006, just before the real estate meltdown, seeing what was coming, Shan opted to get out of the business.  She was a single mom supporting two girls and needed to continue to support them. Following her continued desire to help people she opted to open a debt consolidation business.  After six years of helping people in the debt consolidation business she realized how much she missed real estate and decided to sell her business and re-enter the real estate world.

Shan joined Agent inc. from Berkshire Hathaway a few months ago and continues to help people buy and sell homes.  She is a shrewd negotiator and has amazing attention to detail and customer service.  She believes the customer always comes first.
